Cash on Delivery

Payment on delivery will be applicable on the products which will be individually marked with the same. While choosing your gadget, you need to look if cash on delivery is available on your product and in your respective area or not. The products with the option will be delivered and the receipt of delivery can be obtained after paying the respective amount.

To avail COD option

  • Choose the product marked with the COD option
  • add your address and confirm your order
  • Choose the option of cash on delivery from the available modes of payment
  • Enter the security code

Return and Refunds

LOKOSTOP sights at providing the best services after purchase to its customers and thus try to acquaintance with you at every step. We just request you to check the product before accepting it during delivery. If found any discrepancy, we request you bring it to our notice by contacting us at: or write us at: ………….

The discrepancies will be dealt with accordingly and a refund will be initiated within 15 working days.

Return/ Refund eligibility

  • The product delivered is damaged and not acquainted with accessories
  • If the product is different from that mentioned in the description
  • If the product is intact with the tags, bills, boxes, user manuals and accessories
  • If the product is not damaged after the customer’s possession
  • If the refund is initiated while the return window was active
